Many photographers think you should pay for your photos based on how you are going to use them.

I don’t agree with that at all.  I charge a fair price for my time.  Whatever you want to do with your picture is up to you.  I also encourage license sharing with vendors you work with on the same project to reduce costs.

Here is my simple license agreement:

 IF WE SHOOT THE PHOTOS FOR YOU, YOU MAY USE THEM HOWEVER YOU WISH FOR AS LONG AS YOU LIKE ONLY FOR YOUR COMPANY.  You may not relicense, sell, share, loan. etc. the photos with any 3rd party without permission and/or a new license agreement.

While we still retain the copyright, you are free to use the photos however you wish for your own company.
